Teriyaki Pork
Teriyaki Pork
10 min4 servings

This teriyaki pork recipe calls for store-bought sauce but also gives you an option to make your own.

Ingredients
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 pork tenderloin (1 pound), cut into 1/2 inch slices
2 tablespoons canola oil
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
Hot cooked rice
Instructions
1 Coat the pork
2 Place the all-purpose flour in a large resealable bag. Toss in the pork and shake to coat. Editor’s Tip: To reduce plastic use, you can also use a dish and coat the pork by turning it in the flour.
3 Brown the meat
4 Add the oil to a large skillet and place it on medium heat. Brown the pork on both sides until the juices run clear.
5 Simmer in sauce and serve
6 Next, add the teriyaki sauce and bring it to a boil. Cook and stir for an additional one to two minutes, until the sauce is slightly thickened. Serve the teriyaki pork over rice.
