More sculpture than cookie, these no-bake graduation cap cookies are so cute they will steal the show at any grad party.
Ingredients
24 miniature peanut butter cups
1 tube (4.25 ounces) decorating frosting in color of your choice
24 After Eight thin mints
24 milk chocolate M&M's in color of your choice or 24 semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
1Make the hat
2Remove the paper liners from the peanut butter cups, and place the mini cups upside down on waxed paper. Place a small amount of frosting on each peanut butter cup and center a mint on each.
3Craft a tassel
4Using the frosting, make a loop for each cap's tassel. Place an M&M on top of each loop. Editor's Tip: A pastry bag with a very small tip works best. If you don't have one, cut the very tip off the corner of a storage bag, fill it with frosting and use that instead for the tassel on each cookie graduation cap.
