Just because you're following a low-carb, high-fat keto diet doesn't mean you can't eat your favorite comfort foods. Keto chili has all the protein you're looking for, plus tons of flavor.

Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 pounds ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, chopped
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon salt
2 cans (14-1/2 ounces each) fire-roasted diced tomatoes
1 tablespoon tomato paste
2 cups beef broth
1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro
Optional: Shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream and additional cilantro
Instructions
1 Brown the meat
2 Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef, and cook for seven to nine minutes or until browned. Using a slotted spoon, transfer the meat to a 6-quart or 8-quart slow cooker. Discard all but 1 teaspoon fat from the skillet.
3 Saute the onion and garlic
4 Add the onion and cook for three to five minutes or until lightly browned. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds or until fragrant. Transfer the onion and garlic mixture to the slow cooker.
5 Cook the chili
6 Add the remaining ingredients, except the cilantro, to the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for six to eight hours or on high for three to five hours.
7 Serve the chili
8 Stir in the cilantro. Serve in bowls and top with desired toppings.
