Turning leftover savory stuffing into crispy stuffing waffles makes the perfect vehicle for eggs, gravy, cranberry sauce or turkey. And if you're thinking, "How about all of the above?" No judgment.
Ingredients
4 cups cooked stuffing
2 large eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons reduced-sodium chicken broth
Optional: chicken gravy and sliced green onions
Instructions
1Make the batter
2Preheat and grease a waffle iron. In a large bowl, add the stuffing, beaten eggs and broth. Mix the ingredients until well combined.
3Make the waffles
4Scoop out 1-1/3 cup of stuffing mixture and place it into the waffle maker. Close the lid and cook until the stuffing has turned golden brown and the surface is crispy.
