50 min6 servings

This hamburger and rice hot dish is the ultimate feel-good meal that will warm you up from the inside out. Creamy, hearty and wonderfully satisfying, no one at the dinner table will care how low the temperature dips.

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 cup water
1 cup uncooked instant rice
Minced fresh parsley
Instructions
1 Brown the beef
2 In a large skillet, add the ground beef and cook over medium heat. Using a slotted spoon, crumble the meat and cook until the beef is no longer pink. Drain the meat and add it to a 1-1/2-quart baking dish.
3 Mix the ingredients
4 Preheat the oven to 325°F. Add the cream of chicken soup, instant rice, minced parsley and 1 cup of water to the baking dish with ground beef. Stir well to incorporate the ingredients.
5 Cover the baking dish with a lid or aluminum foil and bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the hot dish is bubbly. Remove from the oven and allow to sit for 10 minutes before serving.
