Baked jalapeno popper dip is chock-full of cream cheese, mild jalapenos and melty cheddar, and has a buttery, crunchy bread crumb topping that takes it to the next level. It's the perfect Super Bowl appetizer, especially since you can make it ahead to save yourself a little time right before the game.

Ingredients
2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chiles
1 can (4 ounces) diced jalapeno peppers
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 tablespoon olive oil
Optional: Sliced green onions and jalapenos
Corn chips, tortilla chips or assorted crackers
Instructions
1 Beat the cream cheese mixture
2 In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, chiles, peppers and 1/4 cup Parmesan until blended.
3 Spread the mixture into the baking dish
4 Spoon the cream cheese mixture into an ungreased 1-1/2-quart baking dish.
5 Make the crunchy topping
6 In a small bowl, combine the bread crumbs, oil and remaining Parmesan. Sprinkle the topping over the cheese mixture in the baking dish.
7 Bake the jalapeno popper dip, uncovered, at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
8 Garnish and serve
9 Sprinkle with green onions and sliced jalapenos, if desired. Serve with chips or crackers.
