Apple Cider Sangria Recipe
6 servings

This simple apple cider sangria recipe is infused with fall fruit flavors. It's a simple recipe that's perfect for all your autumn entertaining and fall festivities.

Ingredients
1 bottle white wine (such as sauvignon blanc or pinot grigio)
2-1/2 cups apple cider
2 Honeycrisp apples, chopped
2/3 cup pomegranate seeds
1/2 cup brandy
1/4 cup orange juice
2 cinnamon sticks (3 inches)
1 can (12 ounces) ginger beer, chilled
Instructions
1 Stir together the base
2 In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, apple cider, Honeycrisp apples, pomegranate seeds, brandy, orange juice and cinnamon sticks, using a long-handled spoon to stir them.
3 Let it chill
4 Cover the pitcher and let it chill in the fridge for two hours. Stir the sangria now and again to better meld the flavors.
5 Garnish and serve the sangria
6 Discard the cinnamon sticks. Add the chilled ginger beer and give the sangria another quick stir. Pour the sangria into your preferred glassware, making sure that each serving gets some of the fresh fruit (you may need to spoon some fruit into each glass). Editor’s Tip: Stemless wine glasses are ideal for serving sangria. Planning to serve your apple cider sangria around a bonfire? We love these wine tumblers for outdoor drinking.
