Pineapple Pecan Cheese Ball

A tangy and nutty pineapple cheese ball is a delicious combination of sweet with savory. People love it at parties!

Ingredients

2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened

1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, well drained

1/2 cup chopped green pepper

1/2 cup chopped green onions

1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning

1 teaspoon seasoned salt

2 cups chopped pecans, divided

Assorted crackers

Instructions

1 Make the cheese mixture ahead

2 In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir in the pineapple, green pepper, green onion, seasonings and 1/2 cup pecans. Shape the cheese mixture into a ball. Wrap; refrigerate overnight.
