Air-Fryer Salmon
Air-Fryer Salmon
15 min4 servings

Air-fryer salmon yields a perfectly flaky fish fillet with a slightly crispy skin. Play around with the seasonings until you find your favorite combinations.

Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
1 Season the salmon
2 Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. In a small bowl, stir together the salt, garlic powder, pepper and paprika. Drizzle the olive oil over the salmon fillets (the skin side should be facing down). Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over the tops.
3 Cook the salmon
4 Place the salmon fillets in a single layer in the air-fryer basket with the skin side down. You can layer the bottom of the basket with foil if you like, but you don't have to since the skin is still on the fish. Cook the salmon until the fish is lightly browned and just beginning to flake easily with a fork, seven to nine minutes.
