Slow-Cooker Apple Cobbler
360 min6 servings

Make slow-cooker apple cobbler for a warm dessert or as a special sweet treat for breakfast.

Ingredients
6 medium apples, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch wedges
1 tablespoon butter
3 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup dried cranberries
2 cups granola without raisins
Optional: Milk and maple syrup
Instructions
1 Combine in a slow cooker
2 Place the sliced apples in a greased 3-quart slow cooker. Next, in a microwave, melt the butter and stir in the honey and cinnamon. Drizzle the mixture over the apples. Editor's Tip: For even cooking and texture, do your best to slice the apples into pieces of equal size and thickness. Then, top the apples with the cranberries and granola.
3 Cook and serve
4 Cook, covered, on low for six to eight hours, until the apples are tender. Serve the cobbler warm, topped with milk and maple syrup if desired.
