1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups 2% milk
1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce

1/2 teaspoon pepper
1-1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken breast
1 cup panko bread crumbs
3/4 cup crumbled blue cheese

Slowly add milk while whisking and cook until thick, for three to four minutes. Stir in the shredded cheeses, Buffalo sauce and seasonings until smooth. Fold in macaroni and chicken.
5Bake until bubbly and golden brown
6Put the cheesy macaroni and chicken into a greased 13x9 inch baking dish. Sprinkle the panko and blue cheese on top. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until it's bubbly and the edges are golden brown. Scatter green onion over the top before serving.
