With shortcuts ingredients like leftover cooked ham, frozen cheese ravioli and jarred Alfredo sauce, this family-friendly ham ravioli bake comes together in a flash.
Ingredients
1 package (25 ounces) frozen cheese ravioli
1-1/2 cups cubed fully cooked ham
1-1/3 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 jar (15 ounces) Alfredo sauce
Optional: grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1Cook the ravioli according to the package directions.
2Saute the ham and vegetables
3While the ravioli cooks, saute the cubed ham, sliced mushrooms and chopped onion and green pepper in oil in a large skillet over medium heat for four to five minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
4Layer the ingredients
5Spread 2 tablespoons of the Alfredo sauce into a greased 8-inch square baking dish. Stir the remaining Alfredo sauce into the ham mixture and cook them for three to four minutes or until they're heated through. Then, drain the ravioli and place half in the prepared baking dish. Top it with half of the ham mixture. Repeat the layers.
6Cover the casserole and bake it at 375°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until it's bubbly. If desired, top it with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh parsley.
