Air-Fryer Stuffed Pork Chops
20 min4 servings

These flavorful air-fryer stuffed pork chops can be the centerpiece of any family get-together. Complete the meal with your favorite side dishes, and you're done.

Ingredients
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
1 celery rib, chopped
1/4 cup chopped onion
4 slices white bread, cubed
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon rubbed sage
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
1/8 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
1/3 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
PORK CHOPS:
4 pork rib chops (7 ounces each)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
1 Make the stuffing
2 In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add the celery and onion. Cook and stir until tender, four to five minutes. Remove from the heat. In a large bowl, combine the bread and stuffing seasonings. Add the celery mixture and broth. Toss to coat.
3 Stuff the pork chops
4 Cut a pocket in each pork chop by making a horizontal slice almost to the bone. Fill the chops with the bread mixture and secure with toothpicks if necessary.
5 Cook the pork chops
6 Preheat the air fryer to 325°F. Sprinkle the chops with salt and pepper. Arrange the stuffed pork chops in a single layer on a greased tray in the air-fryer basket. Cook for 10 minutes. Turn and continue cooking until a thermometer inserted into the center of the stuffing reads 165° and a thermometer inserted into the pork reads at least 145°, six to eight minutes longer. Let the chops stand for five minutes. Discard the toothpicks before serving. Editor's Tip: Depending on your air-fryer model, you may need to adjust the cooking time. In general, higher-wattage models tend to cook foods faster than lower-wattage ones.
