These chewy peanut clusters, filled with sweet and salty flavors and covered in melted chocolate, couldn't be much easier to make.
Ingredients
2 pounds white candy coating, coarsely chopped
1 package (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
1 package (11-1/2 ounces) milk chocolate chips
5 cups salted dry roasted peanuts
Instructions
1Melt the chocolate
2In a heavy saucepan over low heat, cook and stir the white candy coating and both chocolate chips until everything is melted and smooth. Let the mixture cool for 10 minutes, then stir in the peanuts.
3Assemble the peanut clusters
4Drop the peanut-chocolate mixture by rounded tablespoonfuls onto waxed-paper-lined baking sheets. Refrigerate until the clusters are firm, about 45 minutes.
