Our Old Bay shrimp boil recipe is the easiest way to feed a crowd while only dirtying a single pot! The all-in-one meal includes tender potatoes, sweet corn, smoked sausage and juicy shrimp.

Ingredients
4 quarts water
1 large onion, cut into 6 wedges
1 whole garlic bulb, halved horizontally
1/2 cup seafood seasoning
6 medium red potatoes, quartered
4 medium ears sweet corn, cut into thirds
3/4 pound fully cooked andouille sausage links, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 pounds uncooked shell-on shrimp (26-30 per pound)
1/2 cup butter, melted
Lemon wedges
Instructions
1 Boil the potatoes
2 In a stockpot, combine the water, onion, garlic and seafood seasoning. Bring the water to a boil. Add the potatoes and cook, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
3 Add the corn and sausage, and return the water to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer, uncovered, until the potatoes are tender, 8 to 10 minutes.
4 Add the shrimp and cook until the shrimp turn pink, two to three minutes longer.
5 Finish with butter
6 Drain the stockpot, and transfer the contents to a large serving platter. Drizzle with butter. Serve with lemon wedges and, if desired, additional seafood seasoning.
